What do I do before my wax?
  • Do not exfoliate for 48 hours before your appointment
  • Avoid applying lotions, creams, or oils on the day of your wax
  • Hair should be at least 1 cm long (about a rice grain)
  • Decide on your preferred style and shape beforehand
  • Be mindful of your cycle, as skin may be more sensitive
  • Take a shower before your appointment
  • Be prepared for full exposure of the area
  • Some discomfort is normal — pain levels vary per person
  • Irritated, inflamed, cut, or sunburnt skin
  • Areas where Retin-A is being used
  • Skin with rashes, recent scars, grafts, pimples, cold sores, moles, or warts
  • Areas treated with dermabrasion in the past 3 months

Aftercare Tips

Avoid perfumed products, lotions, or creams on the treated area

Limit strenuous activity for 24 hours to prevent irritation

Avoid hot baths or showers for 2–3 hours after waxing
